Basic Checks

Glow Booth not working? Check these common issues first.

Power​

  1. Check that booth is plugged in to power at the wall and that the power point is switched on.

  2. Check that the extension lead is plugged in to the base of the booth.
    Bottom Power

  3. Check that the cable from the upper booth box is firmly plugged in to the extension lead on the booth stand.
    Top Power

  4. Check the flash unit is plugged in and switched on.

Issue Persists?

Proceed to a Reboot if the booth is still not working correctly.
